Fun City Adventure Park open now on Skibo Road in Fayetteville

A recently opened adventure park in Fayetteville is promising “non-stop indoor fun” for all ages.

Fun City Adventure Park, at 1910 Skibo Road in the Marketfair Mall shopping center, opened its doors Aug. 8, said manager Oliver Cao. Fun City moved into the location of Gander Outdoors, which was there for more than a decade before it became Gander Mtn., closing around 2021.

Fun City customers can explore the trampoline courts and playground, race through obstacle, ninja and rope courses, scale rock climbing walls and leap into foam pits, according to the website funcityfayetteville.com.

For those who love sports, the park has dodgeball, basketball and soccer as well as bumper ball, where players suit up in inflatable bumper balls and collide with each other.

Those looking for a break from the action can also enjoy a wide variety of classic and modern games at the arcade.

Cao said the park does not serve food, but will allow guests to bring food in, “as long as it’s nothing too crazy or too smelly.”

Waivers are required for admission. Those older than 18 can sign their own waiver, and those younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have a waiver signed by an adult.

Customers must also have trampoline-grade socks, which can be purchased for $3.50 at the desk and are reusable. Trampoline socks from another park are permissible.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the door. General pricing is $21 for an hour, $24 for 90 minutes and $28 for two hours. For toddlers under 43 inches in height, tickets are $19 for an hour, $22 for 90 minutes and $25 for two hours.

For those looking to book a party, packages are between $300-$320 for 10 jumpers and between $500-$520 for 20 jumpers. Each package includes one hour of jump time, pizza, jump socks, water or juice and a private party room.
